BIG INDIA INDUSTRIAL WEEK INNOPROM
The International Industrial Exhibition INNOPROM, dedicated to the development of global industrial cooperation, has been held annually in Yekaterinburg, Russia, since 2010. India was the partner country of INNOPROM in 2016. The international geography of industrial exhibitions under the INNOPROM brand in 2026: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (February 8-10); Tashkent, Uzbekistan (April 20-22): New Delhi, India (September 9-11); Minsk, Belarus (September 30-October 2).
The Inaugural International Industrial Exhibition "INNOPROM. India" (hereinafter referred to as INNOPROM. India) will be held from September 9 to 11 at the Bharat Mandapam exhibition complex in New Delhi, on the eve of the 18th BRICS Summit. INNOPROM. India is organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India. The Russian operator is Formika Event LLC, while the Indian operator is the Confederation of Indian Industry.
INNOPROM. India is an important trade and industrial platform aimed at expanding and diversifying the partnership between Russia and India. The exhibition will be held in Pavilion No. 1 covering an area of 10,000 sq. m. The exhibition will feature more than 130 Russian and Indian companies, which will showcase technological solutions and advanced industrial products in mechanical engineering, energy, chemical industry, digital technologies, aviation and other fields.
The national expositions of Russia and India are organized on a parity basis. Half of the exhibition pavilion will be occupied by stands of Russian state corporations (Rostec, Rosatom, Roscosmos), leading industrial companies (Transmashholding, RUSAL, Sber, PhosAgro, the Center for Development of Advanced Technologies, A7, Arnest and others), as well as stands of companies brought together in collective regional expositions (Moscow, the Republic of Tatarstan, Krasnodar Territory, Chelyabinsk Region). Russian exporters participating in the Russian Export Center's business mission will also be represented at the Russian exposition. The National Centre "Russia" will present a stand featuring traditional Russian handicrafts.
The Russian exhibition will showcase a wide range of Russian innovations: industrial equipment, solutions in transport technology, nuclear energy, space, artificial intelligence, urban infrastructure, finance and others. Among the exhibits on display are a scale model of a nuclear power station with a VVER-1200 reactor unit; models of the Yakovlev MC-21-310, SJ-100 and Ilyushin II 114-300 aircraft; a scale model of the PD-8 aviation turbofan engine; a scale model of a high-speed train for joint Russian-Indian production; a train control system; automated storage systems and industrial robots; a comprehensive design solution integrating infrastructure, digitalization, Al-powered energy management and ESG standards into a single model of an innovative urban environment; a universal optical computer - one of the first optoelectronic systems designed to reduce energy consumption during AI data processing; a platform for creating and managing AI agents; an international recruitment platform for attracting and employing foreign specialists; a digital twin of Moscow, as well as many other developments.
The other half of the exhibition pavilion will be occupied by stands of Indian industrial companies and institutions representing metallurgy (MECON), mineral extraction (Steel Authority of India Ltd, NMDC, MOIL), the digital industry (Central Electronics Ltd), transport engineering (RVNL, Titagarh Rail System), the textile industry (Shatei Engineering, Bansal Spinning Mills), and other sectors.
The entrance area of the exhibition pavilion will feature demonstration zones showcasing traditional Russian and Indian handicrafts. Throughout the exhibition, local handicraft producers will conduct master classes.
The Russian Export Center and the Confederation of Indian Industry will organize business networking areas at the exhibition pavilion. During business meetings, Russian and Indian companies will be able to expand their networks of suppliers and buyers and discuss joint projects.
The business program of INNOPROM. India will take place on September 9 and 10 and will focus on the development of Russia-India trade, economic and industrial cooperation. The business program will include sessions on the following topics:

The key event of the exhibition's business program will be the Main Plenary Session "Enhancing Russian- Indian Trade and Industrial Partnership: Towards Greater Self-Reliance", featuring Anton Alikhanov, Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, and Piyush Goyal, Minister of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of India. The plenary session will take place on September 10 and will focus on the development of the strategic partnership between the Russian Federation and the Republic of India, the expansion of bilateral trade, industrial cooperation, and the implementation of joint projects in priority sectors of the economy.
